The platform’s core focus is a personalized user experience. It provides specialized modules like “Only You” (personalized offers), a Wishlist, and an “auto-detect store” feature. This allows the system to display relevant promotions and products based on the customer’s specific region, ensuring high relevance.
To optimize internal operations, a key highlight is the AI-integrated Drag-&-Drop feature for brochure creation. The operations team can visually drag products onto a layout, and AI automatically identifies, cross-references, and maps them to the correct SKU and promotion data.
This platform was designed as a central hub, integrating seamlessly with the enterprise’s existing technology ecosystem: it connects to the Loyalty app for profile synchronization , links to the B2C E-commerce platform to support a “Click & Get” checkout process (from E-Brochure to cart), and syncs with Marketing Automation and CDP systems for standardized data collection and analysis.
